About Me

Erin Patton is a founding member and principal of the Patton | Wiles | Fuller team at Marcus & Millichap. She serves as a Senior Director and Senior Vice President of Investments within Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division.  Since 2004, Erin has closed over 440 transactions in excess of $1.7 Billion of retail property sales.  She has consistently been recognized as a top 15 shopping center Broker nationally, and the top shopping center Broker in the Midwest. Erin primarily focuses on the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers in the Midwest region and net-leased investments throughout the country and has built a large client base of notable institutional and private equity groups.  The Patton | Wiles | Fuller team is one of the top retail sales teams in the Midwest and is based out of the Columbus & Cleveland offices of Marcus & Millichap. In addition to the three founding principals – Erin Patton, Scott Wiles & Craig Fuller, Patton | Wiles | Fuller has a team of skilled agents specializing in single-tenant and multi-tenant net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions and portfolio dispositions.  The group has an accomplished in-house support staff consisting of two marketing coordinators, a transaction-management and escrow specialist, two financial analysts and a dedicated business development specialist.
